Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform the residents of Gjoa Haven that there will be planned power outages in the community on Saturday, August 18 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. (affected area is highlighted in yellow on the map below) and on Sunday, August 19 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. (affected area is highlighted in orange on the map below).

These power outages are required to perform repairs and maintenance to the distribution system to improve reliability.
