We encourage existing customers who are moving to another community and looking to relocate their power connection to notify us at least one week in advance of the requested transfer. Please note that a fee of $20 plus GST will appear on your next monthly bill once you are reconnected.
How to Move Your Connection

If you are unable to download a work order form, please contact our Customer Care department at 1-866-710-4200 or firstname.lastname@example.org and one can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to you. Work order forms can also be picked up in person at one of our Customer Care offices. For Customer Care office street addresses, please click here.
Submit a completed and signed work order form to our Customer Care department by mail, in person, or email at email@example.com. For QEC street and mailing addresses, please click here.
