We provide our customers with a number of ways to pay their monthly power bills. Customers can pay their monthly bills in person, over the phone, by mail or through authorized banking. If you have questions concerning your monthly power bill, we encourage customers to phone our Customer Care line at 1-866-710-4200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In Person at QEC
You can pay your QEC power bill in person with a debit or credit card or by cheque at any one of our local offices located in Cambridge Bay, Baker Lake, Rankin Inlet and Iqaluit. For QEC office street addresses, please click here. Please note that customers paying in person at the Iqaluit office have the option of paying their power bill with cash.
In Person at a Payment Agent
As a customer, you can also make a payment on your monthly power bill in person at a payment agent such as Northern Store, Coop, or a local bank, provided that you bring a copy of your bill with you. Payments can be made by cash, debit, or credit card, or by cheque made out to the local payment agent.
Over the Phone
You can pay your QEC monthly power bill over the phone with a credit card by calling our Baker Lake office at 1-866-710-4200.
Customers paying by mail can issue a cheque made out to Qulliq Energy Corporation in the amount owing on your bill. For QEC office mailing addresses, please click here.
You can also set-up bill payments through your online banking. By doing so, monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account or credit card. Pre-authorized payments can be cancelled through your bank at any time.
